killing me softly, with her abs.

my fitspiration of the day, Jessica Ennis 's washboard abs. Sure ill go to the park for a jog or hit the gym for Zumba but if we're not dry humping air guitars by the second song i'm fucking leave.

Get Ennis abs in your lunch break: Demand for fat-freezing stomach treatments soars by 200% after Jess takes gold

She won gold for Britain in the heptathlon event at the 2012 London Olympic Games on Saturday, but it’s Jessica Ennis's super-toned stomach that has everyone talking.
Since taking gold this week, women have been rushing to replicate abs like Jessica Ennis
Since taking gold this week, women have been rushing to replicate abs like Jessica Ennis
The 26-year-old athlete’s abs were voted the most desirable in Britain in a recent poll, but Jessica wasn't born with the perfect washboard stomach and has admitted to training for up to six hours a day, six times a week to achieve the sought-after look.
But it seems British women are cheating in their quest to taut tummy muscles and people are so desperate to rival the athlete's stomach that one clinic has witnessed a staggering 200% increase in treatments for tummy fat removal.
Harley Street clinic LoveLite, who offer thecosmetic tummy fat reduction treatment Lipoglaze. has seen their order book double since Jessica Ennis took the gold medal just four days ago.
The Lipoglaze treatment is the latest non-surgical, pain free body contouring liposuction treatment which targets hard to shift areas by freezing fat cells which then naturally waste away.
Around a third of all fat cells treated will disappear from each one-hour session.
LoveLite clinic owner Donnamarie McBride said: 'Since the Olympics started we’ve had a lot of women coming to us with pictures of Jessica Ennis saying they want to have a torso similar to hers, but they have said they need a bit of extra help because they struggle to get down to those levels with just a couple of gym sessions a week.
'The day after she won gold the next morning the phones went crazy and we had over 20 bookings for Lipoglaze and they all said they wanted to have a tummy like Jessica Ennis and they wanted to have it done as soon as we could fit them in.'
One clinic has seen a 200% rise in requests for their tummy fat treatment since Jessica Ennis hit the screens
One clinic has seen a 200% rise in requests for their tummy fat treatment since Jessica Ennis hit the screens
She added: 'The LoveLite Lipoglaze will shift a third of the fat around the tummy in one session, and then the dead fat cells will naturally be excreted through the body over the next few weeks.
'It’s especially good at shifting the hard to hit areas like the mummy tummy and muffin tops around the torso.'
The difference in body shape is visable in a matter of weeks but for best results should be taken in conjunction with a fitness routine and a healthy diet.

Fitspiration alert.

Fitspiration worthy pics that i look up to this weeks.

1. Lucy Mecklenburgh

This lady has showed off her stunning bikini body while admitting she's self-conscious about her stump legs. yeah right. as if im gonna believe that.

Lucy, who shows off her incredible body in a in a tiny metallic two piece, told Closer magazine: 'Like any girl, there are days I’d like to change parts of my body – but, generally, I’m confident and happy with how I look.'
'My favourite body part is my waist, as it’s 24 inches. My least favourite would be my legs – I used to get called "stumpy legs" when I was younger because I’ve got a long body and short legs.

ANNNDDD... side BOOBS.

2. Miley Cyrus

She has worked incredibly hard to shed the pounds and tone up, with rarely a day going by that she doesn't hit the gym.
So Miley Cyrus can be forgiven for continuing to show off her newly-honed figure to fans.
The 19-year-old singer yesterday posted a picture of herself wearing a cropped T-shirt and low-slung sheer skirt, drawing attention once again to her washboard stomach, on her Twitter page.

Besides taking daily Pilates classes, the young star and fiancee of Liam Hemsworth, proclaimed on Twitter that a gluten and lactose-free diet was the secret behind her smaller new frame.

3. Bar Rafaeli

She was recently crowned the hottest woman in the world by Maxim magazine, and Bar Refaeli has proved exactly why.

Sharing snaps on her Twitter page from a stunning new shoot, the Israeli supermodel showcased her enviable figure in a lace bodysuit.

Proudly flaunting her fabulous physique for the camera, the 27-year-old beauty simply sizzled in the form-fitting black number.

Earlier this month, the blonde beauty enjoyed a trip to her native Israel, and happily documented the holiday with a number of sexy snaps.
Likewise, the star treated her Twitter followers to a number of humorous snaps of her sitting cross-legged on the bottom of a swimming pool.

Joking around: Bar is an avid social networker and regularly posts pictures of her fun and fabulous life

More Good News About Atkins

A brand new study from Johns Hopkins University just presented yesterday at the American Heart Association’s Epidemiology and Prevention/Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism 2012 conference in San Diego found that dieters who followed a low-carb diet like Atkins shed more weight than those on a low-fat diet (10 pounds more in six months). The low-carb group lost more abdominal fat overall, plus there was no adverse effect on vascular health. These findings show what any of us who follow Atkins already know to be true—Not only can Atkins provide quick, satisfying weight loss, it also has many scientifically-validated health benefits, including improvements in heart health.

The study examined overweight or obese but otherwise healthy individuals between the ages of 30 and 65 years over a 6-month period. One group was randomly assigned a low-carbohydrate diet and the other a low-fat diet.   The low-carb group consumed a diet made up of no more than 30 percent of calories from carbs and as much as 40 percent of their diet was made up of fats.  Exercise was included for all participants and vascular health was checked before and after 6 months. Successful weight loss and reductions in total and abdominal fat, and BP were achieved with both groups.  Greater reductions in weight, BMI, waist circumference, and body fat occurred in the low-carb group. The low-fat diet consisted of no more than 30 percent from fat and 55 percent from carbs.

Additionally, when individual variations were examined, a greater loss of abdominal fat was associated with enhanced vascular health.

In his presentation lead researcher Kerry Stewart, professor of medicine and director of clinical and research exercise physiology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Heart and Vascular Institute, said, “These findings are contrary to common beliefs that the less fat you eat the better your cardiovascular health.  What this study shows is that a low-carb diet not only helps people shed more weight and abdominal fat, but it did not have any harmful effects on vascular health.  Overall, there was an improvement in vascular health that was related to how much abdominal fat was lost, regardless of the diet. These data suggest that more people should be considering a low-carb diet as a viable option, especially since it results in greater abdominal fat loss."

If a low-carb diet like Atkins lets you lose more weight plus keep it off for the long term without feelings of deprivation or hunger, while lowering various risk factors that may contribute to heart disease, the choice should be clear. And fortunately new research continues to support this even more. What are you waiting for?

Nutritionista:Whats best to eat before martial arts class?

Whats best to eat before martial arts class?

Grandmaster Lee trained hard and was a dedicated student, attaining the rank of 2nd Dan in less than two years, and his 3rd Dan less than three years after that. In 1956, at about 20 years of age, he became the Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do instructor at the Military Police HQ, Ma Po Gymnasium and Kon Gook University in Seoul. From 1957 to 1962, he also taught at the Korean Air Force Academy in Jin Hae City.
From 1964 to 1972, he distinguished himself as one of the true movers and shakers of the Moo Duk Kwan by becoming the Chief Instructor at the Choong Ang Dojang (the legendary Central Gymnasium) in Seoul and also served as the Director of the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association. In 1968, he served as the Chief Judge of the 1st World Tang Soo Do and 5th Asia Tang Soo Do Championships, in Seoul.
In 1972, Grandmaster Lee received his 7th Dan and also became the Chief Instructor for South East Asia, based in Malaysia. The following year, he founded the Brunei Tang Soo Do Association and the Singapore Tang Soo Do Association.
In 1974, he went on to found the Federation of Malaysia Tang Soo Do Organization, as well as the United Kingdom Tang Soo (Soo Bahk) Do Federation, where he continues as

You have to know that in order for your body and mind to work in tandem, you have to have the right kind of fuel for optimum results. Again, it depends on what kind of  martial arts that you practice. If you practice a martial art with lots of rolls, falls and throw, you have to stop eating anything 2 hours before class (anything heavy 4 hours prior)...It would seem rude to throw up on the mat. The right kind of fuel is important only if you are on top. I am also an endurance athlete and I don't use any energy bars or sports drink (it only teaches your body to depend on outside source of energy rather than develops actual endurance skills). The difference at the dojo/center/hall is this: people who rely too much on food or drink for energy tire way faster and needs to refuel every hour or so. I can run 10 miles and practice full contact martial without much difficulties: actually being tired in class is a good thing because it forces your body to become economical and to rely on good technique rather than brute strength. It may seem counter intuitive at first but it's not. So my advice: eat light and plain.

Many of us are confused what should we eat before and after exercise.
I’ve prepared few short tips for you to resolve this mystery.
Pre-exercise:
Before working out it is important to eat something light. By light, I mean, you should avoid a large, protein, fiber and fat filled meal as it takes up to 4 hour to process such food. You should eat a light low-fat, low-sugar, low-protein, high carbohydrate meal. Carbohydrates will give you much needed fuel for efficient work out. Trust me, you’ll work out better and burn all of them. Eat proteins, your body will need to spend energy for processing food, you’ll workout won’t be as intense.
After Exercise:
Now your body needs raw materials to recuperate after your workout. The priority is to first replace any fluids lost during exercise. Replenish yourself with plenty of water and juice as soon as you finish exercising. (Easy on juice if you’re trying to loose weight as juices can be high on sugar.). The post-work out meal should contain some protein, some complex carbohydrates and some healthy fats too. Yes, carbohydrates again. Eating after exercise is important as well to restore glycogen and that can only happen with a meal containing both protein and complex carbohydrates.
Make sure you make smart choice of ingredients and don’t forget to drink plenty of water!

I am currently practicing Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art. The movement is easier as compared to others (I sucked balls during my high school years in Karate). I am still a newbie. Haven't memorise all the movement yet. Have to work hard or risking self getting my buttcrack ripped.

Here's some introd--->

Grandmaster Kang Uk Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea on August 24, 1936. At the age of 12, he became a member of the Moo Duk Kwan and began his training directly under Grandmaster Hwang Kee. Three years later, at the age of 16, he was awarded his First Dan (#70).

Grandmaster Mal Tae Kim
Grandmaster Mal Tae Kim (9th Dan ) came from South Korea  to Malaysia about thirty years ago. He served in the South Korea Army for 4 years. His main task during that time was to train the South Korean army, Vietnamese army and the green beret (US marine) the Tang Soo Do art. After serving in  the army he joined the police force and attained the rank of inspector before he retired.
During the younger days he learned Yudo and other Korean martial arts. He was often involved in street fights. Many of the techniques he learned in Tang Soo Do were tested by him during the fights.
He married a Korean girl whom bore him three sons. He personally trained all of his sons the art of Tang Soo Do and now they are all masters of this art (the eldest is 6th Dan and the two other sons hold 4th Dan black belt).
Sabah Mo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Association which was founded Grandmaster  has about 3000 members mostly in the capital city of Sabah (Kota Kinabalu), Malaysia. However, only about 30 of  the members are active in training. There are only a few black belts. High dans are even rare. There is only one 6th Dan (chief instructor: Mr. Alex Hi) and one 5th Dan (Assistant chief instructor: Mr. Francis Rimpau).

Slashing that muffin

This is very interesting article i found on the net. i mean if you want to know more about the Alkaline Diet, then this is sure thing for you.---->

Does your diet pass the acid test? Forget Dukan and Atkins — these days, the A-list way to a flat tummy is ‘eating alkaline’

Avoid acidic foods such as red meat, cheese and cream. but do eat plenty of mushrooms, oily fish and garlic
Avoid acidic foods such as red meat, cheese and cream. but do eat plenty of mushrooms, oily fish and garlic
When it comes to diets, whatever Hollywood’s healthiest are doing, the rest of us tend to follow suit. First came the Atkins, which was popular with A-listers everywhere in the late Nineties and subsequently became a bestselling book, then South Beach and more recently Dukan.
Now, it seems, the hottest new healthy food fad is ‘eating alkaline’. Actresses Gwyneth Paltrow and Kirsten Dunst have recently revealed they ‘eat alkaline’, Jennifer Aniston drinks an alkaline smoothie every day and supermodel Miranda Kerr recently revealed that instead of drinking normal pH neutral water, she drinks only water alkalised by a special filter.
Our bodies are naturally alkaline, but its functions produce acid. This stresses out your digestive system, causing you to gain weight and feel lethargic. In short, health fanatics claim ‘going alkaline’ is the fastest route to having more energy, a flat stomach and glowing skin.
‘I’ve been a fan of eating alkaline for years,’ says nutritionist Vicki Edgson. ‘It’s basically about getting the balance right between alkaline and acidic foods. We can eat both types, but we need to ensure we eat more alkaline foods than acidic ones.
‘Acidic foods are, as the name suggests, acid-forming in the body,’ explains Vicki. ‘They can cause weight gain, a bloated stomach, tiredness and other health problems. Whereas alkaline foods help you stay in shape and feel and look younger.
‘The other good thing about this way of eating is that it’s entirely un-faddy: it doesn’t cut out food groups or involve counting calories.’ So, could you be acidic? Signs include weight gain, poor digestion, bloating, tiredness and skin problems (dryness or spots). If so, it may be time to give alkaline eating a go.
The alkaline diet first came to prominence in America when Robert Young wrote the New York Times bestselling The pH Miracle. In it, he explains how he discovered that the pH of foods (i.e. whether they’re alkaline or acidic) affects our weight and health.
‘Eating alkaline foods acts as a buffer for the stresses and strains of life, which are acid-forming,’ says Robert. He goes on to explain how the more alkaline you are, the healthier you’ll feel. You’ll be able to lose excess weight more quickly, you won’t feel bloated or tired and your skin will look better. In other words, your body will function more efficiently, he claims.

    ALKALINE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

     Ingredients (makes eight)
    • 125g (4oz) rice flour
    • 75g (3oz) raw cacao powder
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • 175g (6oz) sweet potato, cooked and mashed to  a puree
    • 250g (8oz) date syrup
    • 175g (6oz) goat’s  butter, melted
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    Method:
Preheat oven to 180c/350f/gas mark 4.
Sift the rice flour, cacao powder and baking powder into a bowl.
Place the sweet potato puree, date syrup, melted butter, egg and vanilla extract in another bowl and mix together well.
Then stir in the dry ingredients. Pour mixture into a rectangular cake tin lined with baking parchment and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until set on top but gooey in the middle. Cut into eight pieces.
A typical diet of coffee, processed food, too much meat, alcohol, sugar, salt and stress can quickly cause us to become acidic — and poor health, weight gain and tiredness will follow. So stress causes us to become acidic too? ‘Yes,’ says Vicki who has recently co-written a book on alkaline eating.
‘Our long-hours culture is causing many of us to become acidic. Tiredness and stress are very acid-forming. However, what is even more so is anger and bitterness.
‘It’s one thing to get a little stressed about daily chores, but if you hold on to feelings of anger and resentment for many months or years, you run the risk of becoming incredibly acidic, which can be detrimental to your health.’
The good news is, Vicki says, if you manage your stress and include plenty of alkalising foods in your diet, you can tip yourself back into an alkaline state.
Organic chef, Natasha Corrett, who with Vicki co-wrote Honestly Healthy: Eat With Your Body In Mind, The Alkaline Way, discovered the benefits of this diet first-hand. ‘My weight yo-yo’d for years and I tried lots of different diets,’ she explains.
‘Then, in 2009, I hurt my back. So my mum sent me to an ayurvedic acupuncturist who took one look at me and said: “You’re completely acidic.” He then asked me if I struggled to lose weight, felt bloated, stressed, heavy, tired and struggled to wake up in the mornings and concentrate during the day. He basically described how I felt most of the time.
‘He put me on a three-week alkaline diet and within days I felt amazing. I’d never really heard of alkaline eating before but it seemed incredibly simple and I never felt hungry so it didn’t feel like a diet. My energy levels improved, my skin glowed, the weight fell off — and, crucially, it’s stayed off — and my sugar cravings vanished.’
Follow Vicki's recipe for this non-acidic chocolate brownie
Follow Vicki's recipe for this non-acidic chocolate brownie
Natasha continued on the alkaline diet after the 21 days were up and lost 2st in a few months, taking her from a size 12 to a size 8. ‘I love food and I hate to deprive myself, so I created alkaline recipes of my favourite foods. I love really succulent chocolate brownies so I made them without sugar, salt, wheat or gluten.’
All the alkaline recipes are in her new book. Vicki says that acidic foods aren’t necessarily a bad thing — if you look at the list of foods (above), you’ll see plenty of acidic ones that can be part of a healthy diet. It’s the ratio you need to get right.
She recommends 70 per cent of what you eat should be alkaline and 30 per cent acidic to help tip your body into an alkaline state. She also advises having plenty of fibre from fruit and vegetables, plus wholegrains, to help sweep out your digestive tract and reduce your acidity, as well as lots of water and sleep.
The way you cook your vegetables also has an impact. For example, raw spinach is alkaline, but when you cook it, it becomes acidic. For this reason you should try to eat your vegetables raw or just lightly steam them.
Honestly Healthy: Eat With Your Body In Mind, The Alkaline Way, by Natasha Corrett and Vicki Edgson is out now (£20).

Jenny Craig beats Weight Watchers, Slim-Fast as best diet program - NYPOST.com

saw this on the net. if you are unsure on picking the right diet for your body, maybe you should consider to read on --->

Jenny Craig is top heavy hitter

Diet showdown reveals which plan is best, pound for pound

That's the verdict from a surprising new study from Consumer Reports, which rated Jenny Craig's prepackaged, dieting-for-dummies plan as the No. 1 way to drop those pesky pounds.
The Jenny Craig diet -- which mostly consists of nuking prepared, calorie-proportioned meals in the microwave -- far surpassed the wildly popular Weight Watchers points program, which came in a distant third.
Jenny Craig earned top marks for nutrition and for the high number of pounds that users consistently lost, as well as for the number of dieters who stuck with the program for the long haul.
THE FAT ZAPPER: Valerie Bertinelli found her weight-loss success with Jenny Craig.
THE FAT ZAPPER: Valerie Bertinelli found her weight-loss success with Jenny Craig.
In the field of seven well-known dieting programs, Jenny Craig flattened the competition, scoring an impressive 85 out of 100 points from Consumer Reports -- an impressive 22 points higher than the rating for the next best diet system.
"The concept behind it is portion control," said Nancy Metcalf, senior program editor of Consumer Reports, of Jenny Craig. "These are nutritionally balanced meals. You can't mess it up."
Still, "it might not be for everyone," she said. "We tasted this food, and it's not that delicious.
"That might be a problem for some people."
The Slim-Fast plan -- in which dieters have three snacks, two shakes and one healthy home-cooked meal a day -- came in second with 63 points.
"Slim-Fast does pretty well with weight loss. Its strength is in its simplicity," Metcalf said.
But "the Achilles heel of Slim-Fast is that after six months, people really start to drop out. Maybe they just can't look at another shake."
Weight Watchers, which requires users to assign a point value to foods and allows them to eat only a certain amount of points a day, came in at No. 3.
The plan's overall score was 57.
"Weight Watchers is the most flexible, but the weight-loss results are never spectacular," Metcalf said.
But late last year, the company revised its point-system plan, which allows users to eat whatever they want in moderation, winning it a cult following. And the company has just finished some major clinical trials regarding its new points system, but the results haven't been released.
"It'll be interesting to see how they turn out," Metcalf said.
The Zone diet, a Hollywood favorite, scored 54 points, dragged down to fourth place in part because of its low score for long-term weight loss.
In that category, it earned only a "fair" from Consumer Reports, the lowest of all the diet programs.
"Eating the Zone diet, it's actually kind of complicated," Metcalf said. "You have to be precise at every meal."
Author Dr. Dean Ornish's diet, from the best-selling "Eat More, Weigh Less" book, tied for last with the Atkins diet. Both of those weight-loss systems earned 48 points each.
"[The Ornish diet] is kind of the mirror image of Atkins," Metcalf said. Atkins relies on no carbs and high fiber -- perfect for veggie-hating carnivores -- while the Ornish diet skews toward crunchy vegans.
But because each is so extreme nutritionally, they tested poorly in the Consumer Reports study, which rates nutritional value by their adherence to the US Dietary Guidelines.
To come up with the winner, Consumer Reports analyzed the nutritional data from each plan and looked at various clinical weight-loss studies about them.
After examining those two factors, they crafted a formula to grade each system.
The formula gave a little more significance to the amount of pounds lost by dieters, although nutritional info was also a huge factor in determining the final score.
One factor that propelled Jenny Craig to the top of the diet pile was a 2010 clinical study that found users weighed about 8 percent less after two years. That same study, of 332 dieters -- which only focused on Jenny Craig -- found that 92 percent of participants were still on the program after two years.
"The best diet is the one that you can stay on," Metcalf said, "because if you can't stick with it, then you won't lose weight, nor will you be able to keep off any weight you do manage to lose."

    that holy Six Pack.

I do not know about you, but ive always wanted six packs since forever. So let me give you reasons, benefits and some fitspiration photos for better understanding on this fetishes of mine.

    1. That muscly curvaceous feel.

I like that tight toned mass of musle under the skin of my abs. Melanie Brown told People, “I do half an hour of cardio and 200 sit-ups three times a day.” “I’ve always been obsessed with doing abs. I change positions every 10 reps. I like how quickly—if you stick to it—you can see results.” She also toldSeventeen how to stay motivated, saying, “Start a club. Start where you’ll partner with your friends and have workout buddies. It becomes not just about you, but the whole team. That’s what I think works best anyway — instead of beating yourself up, like ‘C’mon! You can do it!’, it’s nice to have friends to rely on also. That’s where I come from. I’m all about women embracing women and giving each other motivation and strength.Mel B even fits in a workout when she is having a rough day. She says, “I think the best thing you can do is take a nice, long bath. Play your music, light your candles, and just be good to yourself. I guess that should be the end of the day, actually. But, work out! Get yourself active; get your heart rate up. Whether it’s going for a bit of a hike outdoors … there’s great parks and places you can go.” (Since my schedule is super crazy busy I no longer have the time to do that all the time, instead, i crunched my tummy almost all the time instead.)

    2. I loved how I can burn fat faster.

Mel, who lives in Los Angeles, says her sexy new look is down to her personal trainer Joey Kormier. She and Joey are often spotted power walking in the Hollywood Hills. Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Matthew Perry are among his other clients.
He says: "Mel looks incredible - she's never been in better shape despite being a mum of two. She works hard and the results speak for themselves."
Mel weighed 11-and-a-half stone (160 pounds) after Angel was born. But she was soon doing 90- minute workouts six days a week and following a strict diet. Now she is back at her target weight of nine stone. "Mel has been a joy to work with," says Joey. "I started working with her five days after her baby was born. She was determined to get back her sensational looks - and she has."
The pair followed a routine, which included a Brazilian combination of martial arts and dance called Capoeira, yoga and swimming, and a healthy, balanced diet plan.
"The right food and nutrition are vitally important. Everything Mel eats is organic and she has flax seed oil, and salmon at least three times a week to help burn stomach fat," he says.
Mel confirmed this, saying: "He makes me eat salmon and I hate it. But I lost 10lb and a lot of inches in a little over a week."
Judging by her great new shape, it's certainly working for Mel - and we can show how it could work for you...
    A bit of inspiration...

    DIET RULES
Ditch ready meals and sodas: The additives in many processed foods and drinks produce excess gas and can create a bloated, swollen feeling in your belly.
Reduce salt and sodium: It makes you retain water and it's hidden in everything these days, so read labels and watch the sodium content. Anything with over 1 gram of salt is not good.
Drink more water: Drinking 1-1.5 litres a day will help keep your weight steady. Plus, it will ward off the bloated belly look that dehydration causes.
Swap to wholemeal: White or refined grains in the form of cakes, cereals, bread and pasta are high GI carbs. They can over-stimulate the body's insulin response and make you store tummy fat. Swap for low GI wholegrain versions instead and tuck into granary bread, porridge, wholegrain pasta and brown rice.

    5 FOODS TO EAT
    (1) Low-fat yoghurt Studies show a couple of servings of low-fat yoghurt, semi-skimmed milk or soft cheese will help burn fat around your midriff.
    (2) Almonds High in essential fatty acids, calcium and magnesium, which help banish water retention. The vitamin E balances your hormones to stop PMS cravings, too.
    (3) Broccoli It's high in chromium, that helps the pancreas stabilise insulin release, which stops fluctuating blood sugar levels that lead to food cravings and bingeing.
    (4) Salmon It's a great source of the protein leptin, which acts like a hormone in the body and controls your appetite so you don't over-eat.
    (5) Mushrooms High in vitamin B3 (niacin). It helps your body convert protein into energy so you don't feel tired - and more likely to binge on sweet treats.

    3. That look without unwanted bulges or unnecessary muffin top.

oh well, everyone looks better without fats hanging and dangling from that way too tight bra.

EASIEST TUM MOVE YOU'LL EVER DO
Forget killing yourself doing hundreds of sit-ups - it might be in vain.
"It's very easy to do them incorrectly," says celebrity fitness trainer Paul Botten. "And you can end up pushing your tummy to stick out even further - the exact opposite of what you want to achieve."
Your best bet for a flatter belly is either to lie over a fitness ball while you crunch, which forces your "core" back and stomach muscles to tighten or, better still, try the plank.
"The beauty of this move is that it takes far less sweat and effort than sit-ups - and you only need one spare minute a day to do it," says Botten.
    The Plank
How To Do It: Lie face down then lift yourself up on your toes and forearms, with your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Hold for 10 seconds and build up to 40 seconds. Repeat three times a day.
So there it is. An insight into how Melanie B. shaped up post pregnancy. Now it's your turn to shape up and lose those excess pounds!

THE CURIOUS CASE OF GYM PEOPLE

Hey you, i like you. i really do. i just want to prevent you from morphing into one gargantuan twat and remain normal human being forever.Hence, im proudly present:-

11 BIGGEST GYM FAUX PAS TO CURB

    1. Hugging the cardio machine.

American-wise, i heard you called it as elliptical. Over here it's called treadmill. But then again, my point is, it's a fucking treadmill; where are you running off to? Australia?

    2. Leaving things sweaty.

Touching equipment covered in someone else's sweat is icky and gross. I am seriously considering scooping all your puddle of sweat and send it to North African countries. One less water irrigation or water stricken problem solved.

    3. Gossiping by the water cooler.

If you need to chit-chat, take it elsewhere. you're only blocking our access to the very much needed H20. You're not gonna spend your dime to buy me a coffin if i die out of dehydration.

    4. Yapping on your mobile.

We don't need to hear about how much you fucking hate your job; we're trying to relieve our own stress as well!

    5. Flirting with the trainers.

You're at the gym to work out, not to get laid. Focus. GEt in the zone, you want to be healthy, fit and sweaty. Besides, bear in mind, no matter how good looking or how pert his/ her butt, they're fucking paid to lure you to renew your gym membership there.

    6. Staring and judging.

You're not Jesus to judge me. Hate it when you give that 'undressing' look. You're not even going to gym to scout or find any possible suitors. Fucking hate that profiling look bitches. Even overweight people need to start somewhere to stop ogling; it's plain rude.

7, Prancing around in short shorts.

Yes, you've got a killer body, but we don't need to see your you-know-what! Stop wearing gym clothes that is see through too. Do you still remember the 'muscle model/replica' that we seen in our science lab back then? your clothes is so sheer, i can see every single types of muscle dangling, flexing and constrict when you move. like a Boa snake. Very unnecessary.

    8. Smelling rancid.

A swipe of deodorant goes a long way, trust me. Your body odour reflects what you eat. And from your stench, i could tell you have Devil chicken curry and very strong black Coffee, without sugar, yesterday.

    9. Breathing heavily during yoga.

Yes, it's called a downward dog, but there is no need to pant like one. The gym is a public place. Stop acting like a porn star.

    10. Scattering equipment around.

I really, really, really hate this one. We're not your maid so clean up after yourself; it's common courtesy.

    11. Letting your friends in for free

Utter nonsense, and you really need to stop!

with that, i rest my case. oh, and i love you. XoXo.

Lets get skinny. (The healthy way)

okay, so im back from my outdoor running. only 3.7 KM today because i had had a heavy lunch this afternoon and it feels a little heavier down there. like something about to stick out out of your butt. im sweaty, my underwear is wet and i haven't showered yet. Still, i want to at least contribute to the society by making the world a better place to live in.

Let me share some fitspiration photos for you to ogle at.

    1. Kim Kardashian

    - For that ass, i will do whatever it takes. lunges, zumba, soldier push ups, boot camps, bikram yoga. all on the same day. not.

What i like about her is that she has curve unlike other typical Hollywood girls.

Real women have curves. eat and enjoy life.

Women with curves, looks healthy, fertile, and ready to sire children. No, im not joking, this is based on some serious research conducted by some serious intellects.

    2. Madonna

Look at her. Being 50-ish, yet still be able to wear inner wear as an outer wear? Challenge accepted.

Yeah, i know. Ive criticised her biceps a lot. but seriously, i wont to at lest develop some muscle tissues too. not the Hulk kind, but at least fit. not saggy like i have now. ARF.

This is embarrassing, but i listen to her tracks every now and then when im running. At least i have earphone. So, nobody needs to know this dirty little secret. Hehe.

Look at those pins and guns. Definitely can kill. M-A-D-, Maddona, Y-O-U, you Wanna?

    3. David Beckham

He is a dad, yet he still maintain the figure. Guys, even though you're married, at least make a little effort to make yourself looks desirable. We've even waxed and make sammiches for you. at least do abs crunches or clean the lawn or something.

    4. Taylor Lautner

No. I am not a Twilight - er fanatics. But i am a fan of his abs. I would like to spread a little love on that. like Nutella...and you can imagine what would i do to that.
